All gowns are delivered by post to you. It is advisable to allow a few days for pressing of your gown before wearing. We prefer not to do last minute orders as we want your day to be hassle free and enjoyable so please allow at least 8 weeks for ordering and delivery.

All Product prices are GST free. For Australian customers 10% GST is added to the total price of order. All customers from other countries are GST free.
Custom Made to Your Exact Size
All your wedding dress design choices are specially made to your exact measurements. How to measure yourself instructions are on the menu “How To Measure” instructions and "Color Choices" on the Home Page for your convenience. If you are one of the few Ladies who fits into a standard size we make these sizes too.
Flat Rate Shipping
All orders are Flat Rate Delivery Charge of $A49.95 to your door. With our Flat Rate Shipping Price of $A49.95 this covers your order of upto 3 gowns. It is not for each individual item ordered. This is a huge saving to you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All gowns are delivered by post to you. It is advisable to allow a few days for pressing of your gown before wearing. We prefer not to do last minute orders as we want your day to be hassle free and enjoyable so please allow at least 8 weeks from our receipt of your measurements, order payment to delivery.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are sent by EMS International delivery to your door. All parcels need to be signed for. If you are not home at the time of delivery a card notifying you of the delivery is left and you need to ring for re-delivery.

FREE Wish List Registration for all your favourite products that you would love to buy but are limited at this time. You can choose your products and come back later either add to or remove from your Wish List.
Donations to Primary Schools, High Schools and Colleges
When quantity orders are placed for Prom Dresses, Graduation Dresses, Flowergirl Dresses, Evening Gowns or Formal Dresses are purchased by Primary Schools, High Schools and Colleges each school will receive a donation for each dress purchased.
