Quality Products   - are these cheap gowns?

All Gowns are made in our factory in China from quality materials and our quality workmanship gives you confidence when you purchase all your Bridal needs.  We back up our products by by giving you a full refund minus shipping if you are not satisfied with your Bridal purchases.(conditions apply).   All our prices are discounted to give all ladies the chance to enjoy her special day by feeling like a Princess without worrying about the cost. 

 

All product prices are GST free.  For Australian customers 10% GST is added to the total price of order.  All customers from other countries are GST free.

Flat Rate Shipping $49.95 /Order

With our Flat Rate Shipping Price of $A49.95 this covers your total order.  It is not for each individual item ordered.  e.g Gown, jacket and gloves one flat rate shipping cost. For quantity orders extra shipping costs will apply.  We do not make money on our shipping and only charge the cost to us for shipping. 

How is my order shipped?

All orders are sent by TNT International or EMS International delivery to your door.  All parcels need to be signed for.  If you are not home at the time of delivery a card notifying you of the delivery is left and you need to ring for re-delivery.   All gowns and accessories are packed by our specialists and folded into a small satchell.  This is to save on shipping costs.  This small satchell is made of plastic and has been designed to protect all your purchases from damage while being shipped to you.  Do not worry.  Simply allow a day or 2 for pressing of your gown/s. They will look stunning and gorgeous.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All gowns are delivered by post to you.  It is advisable to allow a few days for pressing of your gown before wearing.  We prefer not to do last minute orders as we want your day to be hassle free and enjoyable so please allow at least 8 weeks from our receipt of your measurements and order payment to delivery. 

How hard is it to take my measurements?

Prices of Products

We suggest having a friend, family member, or professional seamstress or tailor take your measurements for the best results. We do not recommend customers take their own measurements.  Good advice to be measured wearing the exact undergarments, slip,and shoes you'll be wearing the day of the wedding or event.  If you do not follow our instructions with regard to taking your measurements we are not responsible for your gown being made to the wrong measurements. 

Please do not allow extra measurements for may be putting on weight or less measurements for loosing weight. If you choose not to wear the lingerie that you will be wearing on the day when taking your measurements we cannot be responsible for the gown not fitting properly. If for some reason your Custom Made gown upon receipt does not fit as you expected you will need to pay for return of the gown to our factory so that our factory can check your finished gown against your supplied measurements.

Standard Sizes

If you choose a standard size from our Size Charts you will need to supply your actual measurements on our Order Form at the time of purchase. 

Can our Customer Support Team advise me of Size?

PerfectWeddingDressStore.com cannot assume responsibility for the size ordered or the measurements taken. The customer is responsible for the size they order. PerfectWeddingDressStore.com cannot suggest a specific size. We suggest having a friend, family member, or professional seamstress/tailor take your measurements for the best results. We do not recommend customers take their own measurements.

How do I advise you of my measurements?

Once you have placed your order our Customer Support Team will email you Measurements Size Chart with detailed information as supplied on our website.  Simply email back to support@PerfectWeddingDressStore.com.

What if gown does not appear same as picture or not made to measurements supplied?

When purchasing one of our Gowns if upon receipt of your purchase your Gown/jacket/item is not to the same quality as displayed on our website or your garment has not been made to the measurements you supplied we will give you a full refund (less shipping cost).  Conditions apply see below.  All gowns are checked twice against your supplied measurements and made gown before despatch.  A picture is also taken of the finished gown before despatch and kept for our record of your purchase. 

Conditions for Refund

1. Customer must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving garment stating dissatisfaction and proof of error/s or claim will not be accepted.  For your claim to be accepted you will need to supply pictures by email to support your claims within 24 hours. 

2.  Before a refund can be given all pictures supplied for faults to gown/jacket/item must be taken from front view, back view, views of both sides so that we can see exactly what the gown/jacket/item looks like.  No exceptions to this will be allowed.  We cannot start a claim without this information supplied within the first 24 hours. 

Minor faults such as loose strap or similiar small problem does not make the gown eligible for a refund.  Upon proof supplied of minor problem we will pay for minor repairs by your chosen dressmaker but we are not responsible and will take responsibility for any work done by your chosen dressmaker.  All future claims on work done by your chosen dressmaker are to be taken up with that person/s.   Purchaser needs to email/fax quote for work to be done before any payment can be authorized for payment by PerfectWeddingDressStore.com.  Do not organize any work to be done on the gown until authorization given as we will not pay for any work that has not been approved by us.

3.  No alterations to the gown/jacket/item can be made and then a claim made.  Alterations to the gown/jacket/item makes a refund invalid.

4.  When advising that the gown/jacket/item is not made to measurements supplied the gown/jacket/item will be returned to the factory for checking of supplied measurements and quality of work carried out before a refund can be given.  No alterations to the gown/jacket/item is authorized.  Any unauthorized work done to gown/jacket/item makes a refund invalid. 

5.  Quality of gown/jacket/item  - if a claim is made that the quality of the gown/jacket/item is not as shown on our website the gown/jacket/item must be returned to the factory for inspection before a refund can be given.  Minor faults will be authorized for fixing without return to the factory for a refund.  Proof of fault and quote needs to be emailed or faxed 24 hours after receipt of gown/jacket/item.

6.  If the gown/jacket/item is damaged after arrival e.g. broken zip, etc. the warranty is voided for a refund and the repair/cleaning costs of the gown/jacket/item will be paid by the purchaser.

7.  If the gown/jacket/item is returned damaged or not in the original state upon delivery e.g. broken zip, marks or dirty no refund will be given.

8.  Before returning a gown/jacket/item please contact our Customer Support Team for return address and approval number.  Please do not return gown/jacket/item to our office address as this will incur extra costs to you as the factory is separate to our offices.  If authority for return has not been given and you return your gown/jacket/item to our offices no refund will be given.  All authorized returns need to be returned to the factory not our offices.

Alterations - No responsibility is taken for changes/alterations you request to be made to the gown/jacket/item.  No refunds are given for gown/jacket/item when changes/alterations are requested and upon receipt you dislike the changes/alterations that you requested.  Ladies please take the time to choose carefully what style of gown/jacket/item you choose and alteration/s that you want.  Changing a gown/jacket/item can change the whole look and fitting of the gown. e.g. removing a train can change the whole look of the gown.  Lengthening a jacket can change the look and fit of the jacket.  Alterations are usually done free of charge and no responsibility is taken for any requested changes.

10.  Changing Mind after delivery -  as all gowns are custom made to your unique measurements, color choice/s and style there is no refund for change of mind or now dislike your chosen color.  It is suggested that you purchase our Material Samples to view the exact colors of samples.  A refund will be given if you return the Material Samples in same good condition that they were received.  Or when customer purchases a gown this amount will be deducted from the price of gown/s.  No refund for found a different gown while your order was being made.

11. The supposed faulty gown/product needs to be returned within 3 days to our office as instructed.  Next Day Delivery is to be used for urgent returns and shipping number advised at the time of returning goods to us.  Please email shipping information to support your claim.  If this is not adhered to then a refund cannot be given.

Can I make changes to a gown?

Yes.  If you see a gown that you love and would like the gown lengthened, shortened, straps added or removed, small jacket added, different sleeves, or prefer a different top from another gown we can do this for you for a minimal cost or no charge depending on the alteration.  Simply email our Customer Support Team support@perfectweddingdressstore.com 

For all alterations or changes to gowns a drawing needs to be submitted with alterations and measurements before these custom changes can be made. If upon receipt of your changes you do not like the look of the alterations you have requested e.g. lengthened back of jacket and do not like the added length we cannot accept responsibility for these changes.  No refund given.

FREE Products with gown purchase - When a gown/s has been approved to be returned for a refund all free products given with the purchased gown/s are to be returned with the gown/s or you will be charged the selling price of all free items given with the gown/s.  All free items need to be returned in the original state when supplied or customer will be charged full price of the damaged/dirty items.

Do you supply information to help me take my measurements?

Detailed instructions are below and under "How to Measure" on our website.  Pictures at "How to Measure" are also available for each measurement to simply the process for you. Designers use the English Standard System for all measurements and sizes. If your measurements indicate different sizes for the bust,waist,and hip measurements, designers generally suggest ordering according to the largest measurement.Gowns can be taken-in,but due to the modest seam allowance in the gowns,there may not be enough fabric to release to the size needed.
