We normally ship all in stock items within 4-6 weeks from the time your order and all measurements are received. Orders are usually shipped via EMS.   We will contact you if items ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Since we attempt to commence custom made gowns within 24 hours no cancellation of an order can be made after full payment and supply of measurements.
